Late fees applicable, first 15 mins $20.00. If later than 6.15pm dog would require to stay over with a fee of $58 applying in addition to the normal day care fee.
Day care drop off time: 7.00am - 8.30am (Tuesday to Friday)
Day care pick up time: 3.00pm to 6.00pm (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Cancellation Policy
We are proud that we can offer a boutique style of day care to you. We operate on a limited number of dogs per day therefore a relatively fixed income. We take great care to match your dog with others, ensuring their day is balanced, stress free and fulfilling. It can take around a month for a new member to fully settle into their playgroup, which means it is too unsettling to all our regular members to allow a “casual” member to back fill spots at short notice if your dog is away. It also isn’t possible to take on a new dog to just fill your spot while you are on holiday and then ask them to leave.
With this in mind we require full payment (100% of your regular day care fee) if for any reason your dog is not able to attend day care i.e., your dog is sick, you are sick, holiday etc. We are more than happy to try and accommodate an alternative day/s for you within the same week.

Sleepovers (available to our regular day care clients only!)
$58.00 per day/night
All public holiday weekends and public holidays, peak times (20 December to 31 January) additional $5 per day/night.
Please be aware we may not always be available for weekend sleepovers. It is recommended to check well in advance.
Drop Off and Pick Up Time Zone for Sleepovers
Tuesday - Friday as with the above day care drop off and pick up time zone.
Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays either 9am or 4pm. If collection at 4pm an additional night's fee applies i.e. drop of Saturday with pick up Sunday 4pm = 2 nights fee, $116.00. We are generally closed on a Monday for drop off or pick up.
Note: No refund is given should you decide to shorten your confirmed booking once commencement of booking has begun unless of an extreme weather or medical event over peak times and public holiday weekends.
Pamper Sessions for Sleepover Clients
Complementary pamper double wash, conditioner & blow dry if staying 7 nights plus. This excludes any de knotting / matting service.
Complementary eye care for those who require their eyes to be gently wiped clear daily.
Brushing Service
Line brushing with slicker and comb for dogs who require coat maintenance during their stay. For dogs staying longer than a week we highly recommend this service to ensure the coat is well maintained and knot free!
Small 4-10kg $15 per session
Medium 10kg – 15kg $20 per session
Large Medium 16kg – 20kg $25 per session
De knotting / matting $20 /15 minutes to remove excessive knots/matts

We provide a relaxed and stress-free environment for our grooming services. We don’t use any restraint while they are on the grooming table or in the bath. We prefer to use positive force-free methods (treats), encouraging confidence while being handled and groomed. If a dog is very nervous we can offer them some Relax which is a homeopathic natural remedy to help with times of stress.
We use the lovely products from NZ company Smith & Burton.
All grooming equipment is sterilised between dogs.
